Our luxurious home has been completely refurbished and remodeled with all the high quality finishes and updated features needed to relax in paradise.

Our home has 1948 square feet of air conditioned space. The open living space allows view of the waterway from the entire house.  Enjoy the waterfront paradise from the Master Palm Suite, Nautical Convertible Suite, Caribbean Suite, Living/Great room, Kitchen, and Dining room.  All rooms have been tastefully decorated and offer a well appointed vacation experience.

The exterior area is just as large, boasting over 1200 square feet of screened-in lanai.  With the heated pool and spa with waterfall and sun deck you'll find it hard to go back inside. The pool area has the sought-after "West" exposure.  Experience breathtaking sunsets from the lanai while grilling or enjoying an afternoon of outdoor dining.

This is the perfect vacation rental home for your Marco Island adventure. The master suite "The Palm Suite" features a king-size bed, super large walk-in closet, his and her vanities, and a sliding glass door with access to the lanai/pool area.

The second suite "The Caribbean Suite" features a queen-size bed, separate entry to Jack-n-Jill bathroom and sliding glass doors for an expansive view of the waterway.

The third suite "Nautical Convertible Suite", serves as both a bedroom and a cabana room/bathroom.  It also has sliding glass doors with exit to the sun deck area. During the day just convert the Murphy beds into a wall unit and enjoy the open area and private 1/2 bath. 

The living/great room has a convertible full size sofa sleeper for your convenience. All rooms have TVs and a mix of DVD's and/or VHS's.

The kitchen is a masterpiece of granite countertops and exquisite cabinetry.  Enjoy preparing your meals with all new top of the line stainless steel appliances.

Our home is perfect for couples and children. Enjoy the pool while you grill the fish you just caught off the dock.  Beach chairs, beach towels, wheeled coolers, fishing rods, bikes, and water toys are available for your use.
