• Provide the Required Information:    

                               The following information will be required:

                               1.   Your Full Name & Complete Home Address
                               2.  List the names of all guests traveling/staying at the home
                               3.  Your Home Phone Number & Celluar Phone Number
                               4.  A Copy of Your Driver's License - Send with the forms

• Sign & Return Reservation Forms

You may return the signed and initialled reservation forms and driver's license copy by physical, facsimile, and email format. On occasion facsimile copies of Driver's licenses are illegible. You will be notified if the copy is illegible. If that is the case, a physical copy or email image will be required.

If your payment method is personal check, U.S. Postal Money Order, or Cashier's Check please forward the forms, physical copy of driver's license along with the payment through an overnight parcel provider.  At your request, we will provide you with our company Fed Ex account number for a no cost express overnight delivery.

If payment is by electronic funds transfer, the complete transaction will be completed electronically including the reservation forms, driver's license copy and the refund of the security deposit.

As shown in the above sample, we only require 25% of the rental fees plus the security deposit upon reservation.  The initial payment would be $ 811.13.

• Final Payment Process

Based on the Quote shown above the final payment would be $933.37.  As required, the final payment would be due on or before March 13th, 2009 (i.e. 90 days prior to arrival).

Utilities are included in the rates.  The pool & spa heater are also included in the rates.  All rates are exclusive of lodging taxes, cleaning fees & refundable security deposit.
